Tameside Oldham and Glossop Mind is a mental health charity based in Ashton-under-Lyne and Oldham, providing a range of mental health support that promotes well-being through social engagement and creative opportunities. We work with individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations, promoting recovery, self-management, and social inclusion in partnership with other agencies and mainstream organisations.
We offer a variety of talking therapies, courses, and workshops. We also work closely with volunteers.
