TAMPF stands for “Federation of Shopping Centers and Retailers”. It comprises the following five associations;
- United Brands Association of Turkey, (BMD)
- Council of Shopping Centers, Turkey, (AYD)
- Chain Stores Association (KMD)
- Food Retailers Association, (GPD)
- Turkish Restaurant & Entertainment Association (TURYID)
As a joint force for the above-mentioned associations, TAMPF represents a total turnover of USD 100 billion, 700,000 employees and 60.000 square meters of shopping area. The main objective of the federation is to support sustainable development of modern retail industry and encourage the expansion of the industry internationally. The federation's main responsibility is to represent its members with their government relations along with providing them research and training services.
