TAMSS est une association de développement communautaire dont l'objectif est de contribuer à l'amélioration des conditions de vie des populations vulnérables. Cet objectif est articulé autour de différents projets : - Projet WES : Formation et suivi pour le renforcement des capacités - Projet KARAMA : Représentation et rôle accrus de la société civile dans la promotion et protection des droits des femmes - Projet WECAP : Entreprenariat féminin et mentoring - Projet TILI : Promotion des conditions de travail décentes dans le secteur informel - Projet Live Your Tour : Promotion du tourisme durable - Projet Mentor : Renforcement des capacités institutionnelles de jeunes associations tunisiennes Elle est implantée depuis 2006 dans la zone défavorisée de Borj Louzir située à l’Ariana mais travaille sur l’ensemble du territoire tunisien (Gafsa, Kasserine, Kef, Sfax, Zaghouan, Sidi Bouzid …) Sur notre page Facebook suivez notre actualité en photo, les étapes de nos projets et n'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour plus d'informations. **Mis à jour Novembre 2014 The Tunisian Association for Management & Social Stability (TAMSS) is a community development organization. Since 2006, the Association offices have been located in the Borj Louzir-Ariana neighborhood of Tunis. TAMSS focuses on poor communities in underserved neighborhoods and regions of Tunisia. Today it works in partnership with different local associations in 13 of the 24 governorates, or administrative districts, in Tunisia. TAMSS projects target two principal areas: the social sector and the entrepreneurial sector. There are 20 full-time and part-time employees, including consultants and trainers. Current projects in 2014 include: • Project Karama – promotion of women's rights and participation in civil society • Project Live Your Tour – cross-border network to increase sustainable tourism in Italy, Lebanon, Spain & Tunisia • Project MENTOR (Middle East NGO Training & Organizational Development Res
