Project and Portfolio Management
Planning and execution of full-scale expansions and/or greenfield projects. Lead the development of the project including market studies, permitting, engineering and design to FID. We work with our client to select and manage EPC contractors.

We believe that the key to the success in mergers and acquisitions is the repeatable model. Based on this, we have developed a process that goes from the strategic alignment of the target asset, through the Due Diligence, the planning for the acquisition and finally the integration of the new asset to the existing company.
