About Tankyu Distillery Founded by Joseph Cheung and Kit Cheung, Tankyu Distillery brings together a diverse team from various professional backgrounds. This blend of expertise ensures a holistic and innovative approach to creating high-quality spirits. The first product, Hong Kong-inspired Perfume Trees Gin (白蘭樹下), has won multiple international awards, including the Master Medal in the Spirits Business Gin Master Competition in the UK and the Best of Class Platinum at the SIP Awards in the USA. The distillery also produces a range of locally made liquors in Hong Kong, including the “Pale Ink” and “thence.” series.
