- One of the biggest plastic manufacturers in Viet Nam. With 20,000 square meters factory facility with 95% of automatic production lines and 20,000 square meters warehouse, Tan Lap Thanh produce thousand items of houseware, kitchenware, catering supply, office products, industrial crate, pallet, component parts. In addition, we also provide unique in-house OEM service for both oversea and domestic customers worldwide.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND AWARDS
Our factory is ISO 9001: 2015 certified by Bureau Veritas, United Kingdom. It is an "international" quality management system. The quality management system of Tan Lap Thanh has been certified to be in full compliance with this international standard. Factory audit can be requested, and certificates of international standards can also be provided upon request. Some of our products comply with REACH – SVHCs 191, Food contact - EU 1935 Regulation standards.
IN-HOUSE FACILITIES & SERVICES
Strength in the technological field allows Tan Lap Thanh to stay ahead of the competitors. Our in-house mold-making department uses CAD/CAE/CAM computer systems from initial mold design to 3-D visualization & analysis, to gating & cavity configuration, and to provide a database for production. In addition, EDM, milling, lathing, drilling and grinding are employed to produce exact-tolerance molds of the finest materials, which include hard chrome-plated high-carbon and high-grade stainless steel.
We have over 120 sets of injection molding machines on site, range from 120 to 1,200 tons clamping force. These high performance and precision injection machines are designed with multi-stage speed and pressure controls. Most of production lines are using Robotics to achieve greater efficiency and higher productivity. Printing methods include IML, silkscreen imprint, hot stamp and heat transfer.
