Tanner Unman Co later called Hudson Allen is a Boutique Investment Bank that provided convertible debt for emerging growth companies. Investment banking professional originating transactions, raising $500 million of capital and providing strategic advisory to 50 public and private media and technology companies. Our focus is media, luxury, cloud computing and technology. We also had the Pangaea fund to co invest on our deals. I focused on strategic business development with investors and companies and also managed relationships during and after transactions. Lucas Tanner was my my partner and other founder of Tanner Unman & Co. We still do deals together and are close friends.We both expanded our careers to participating in several venture startups and now bring that knowledge base back to our clients.
