Tanza Ventures (www.tanzaventures.com) is an elite advisory firm providing scale support to businesses in East Africa. We believe that for a business to grow successfully, it needs both simple systems and a great team culture. People & Culture: We can help build a thriving company culture and high performing teams through implementing our coherently designed recruitment, performance management and DEI toolkits. 2. Strategy & Structure: We support businesses to connect long term strategy to day to day execution. We do this by establishing structures that provide a clear link between long-term planning, annual goal setting and weekly execution. 3. Systems & Processes: We help establish simple systems and processes while not overburdening a team with bureaucracy. We do this by performing assessments, basic design and implementation support. At the local level, we aim to create sustainable work opportunities in the communities where our clients operate.
