We are an award winning architecture studio based in Leith, Edinburgh. Our portfolio includes domestic extensions, residential development, community, commercial and leisure-use projects. We have considerable experience working with existing building and historic structures that we seek to conserve, re-purpose and retrofit, to improve the environmental performance and enhance the character of the original. We specialise in designing homes and housing, creating distinctive buildings and beautiful spaces. Through a process of discussion and debate, investigation and exploration, we work with our clients to identify the available options and associated project risks. We have developed clear and open communication procedures that avoid confusion or delay and our expertise in matters of planning and design, building services and structures and the associated costs allow us to provide comprehensive and accurate advice from the earliest stages of a project. We also undertake site supervision and contract management roles, detailed cost analysis and project management services. The practice is Royal Institute of Architects Scotland (RIAS) chartered and Architects Registration Board (ARB) registered.
