Tapnell Farm

Tapnell Farm was once home to the largest dairy farm on the Isle of Wight, milking up to 800 cows, 365 days of the year. Today we no longer milk cows at Tapnell, but still family run by brothers-in-law Tom Turney and Tom Honeyman Brown, the farm has become the Isle of Wight’s leading eco-tourism business. Since 2012 the business has continued to transform and today, we offer a range of activities and experiences for all ages. From Farm Park and Aqua Park fun, Archery and Axe Throwing accuracy, to delicious food and drink and extra-ordinary events and weddings. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From the start, the family’s ethos has been to create ‘maximum enjoyment with minimum impact on the environment’. The variety of activities and events on at Tapnell and neighbouring sister farm, East Afton, makes us a perfect destination for holidays, special occasions, weddings and corporate bookings.
