In 2019 our Founder Karel van Zyl, was baffled with the state of the plumbing industry and decided that a change in the plumbing industry was a must. The struggle to get a plumber to your house on the day you call is unacceptable. The happiness level of customers and technicians alike is in a dismal state, some joy and happiness needs to be returned to the industry. We have a unique approach focussing solely on the private sector and limiting our customers to domestic, residential and a small portion of the commercial sector.
