El "Tarapacá Labs" es un proyecto ejecutado por la Universidad Arturo Prat y financiado por el Gobierno Regional de Tarapacá, así como por el Consejo Regional. En palabras simples es un espacio físico (o Maker Space) de encuentro entre emprendedores, empresas o instituciones.
