I use my 30 years of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial experience, Gestalt principles, mindfulness, and embodiment when working with clients.
I bring an energetic and warm coaching style while being direct and focused.

Clients can expect this with each coaching engagement and individual sessions:
- Contract and Goal Setting - Establishes clarity of objective and incorporates vision and values with an appreciation for the client’s starting point.
- Current State Awareness- Inquires around what the client’s focus and the costs and benefits of these actions.
- Expansion of Choices- Experiments with other processes and behaviors as a way of having a wider breadth of possibilities in approaching their situation.
- Outcome Analysis- Examine the meaning. Assess impact new behaviors and how they fit with client’s goals and objectives.
- Conclusion and Accountability- Determine ongoing actions clients would like to take and what support is needed to ensure they do so.
Engagement Details
-Hourly sessions are held on Google Meet or in client’s online meeting platform.
-Most engagements begin with weekly sessions for the first two months.
