Target Group is a privately owned Investments and Management company, established in 2002 and operating in Republic of Armenia. Investment principles We invest in companies that have potential to become strong financial performers and market leaders, operated by highly motivated management teams. Our preference is for companies located in industries with favorable dynamics for sustainable earnings growth and which demonstrate a potential to improve margins and add value to its stakeholders. Historically, our investment activity has been concentrated around broad sectors: real estate, hospitality management, insurance, hi-end retail, entertainment, sports and wellness, car dealership and agriculture. In each of these fields, we developed a deep base of relevant industry knowledge and experience. Although most of our investments fall within these areas; however, we regularly review new areas of opportunity.
