Our breakthrough NonGripSystem® training equipment consists of single and double NonGripBalls®, which allow to truly target the desired muscle groups, reduce stress on joints and secondary muscles, while using up to four times less weight when compared to traditional equipment. The unique feature of our patented NonGripBalls® is that you do not grip them, thus reducing the use of secondary muscles. Positioning of NonGripBalls® between different fingers allows targeting of specific muscles (such as inner or outer bicep) while allowing three-dimensional range of motion.

Our story
Henry Böttcher, a German professional martial arts athlete and fitness coach with over 45 years of experience and Michael Williams, a German bodybuilding champion, competition judge, and a fitness coach with over 35 years of experience, invented the NonGripSystem® training equipment. As Michael and Henry progressed in their life-long careers in sports, they wanted to design a more effective training equipment to target the desired muscle groups while using less weight during training. The answer was the NonGripSystem®.
