TAS340B is a nonprofit initiative led by covered entity leaders working to bring transparency, trust, and shared alignment to the 340B program. We’re forming a national working group of hospitals and health centers committed to shaping the future of 340B together - through collaboration, clarity, and operational insight. TAS exists to protect what works, address what’s unclear, and support a sustainable path forward for the program and the patients who depend on it.
