Each guests’ program is mapped according to their state of health and their personal wellness goals.
The concierge services provided by Tash Wellness are focused on this goal and utilize a hands-on approach with each guest member by providing one-on-one coaching and training, small group coaching and training, large group fitness programs, accountability partners and groups, and nutrition along with guest lecturers on topics relating to their goals.
TASH Wellness will be known for its high-quality team members, training sessions and community engagement endeavors. TASH Wellness will be known as THE place for instructor classes, continuing education and wellness excellence.
