Background to Taste 4 Success
The Network is spearheaded by Michael Slevin, Director, Rosderra Irish Meats Group, HQ Clara, Co. Offaly.
Members are micro food and beverage producers, medium and large indigenous and multinational suppliers and those involved in food service.
The Network:
The Network aims to promote and support a culture of continuous learning and development for people in the food and beverage sector. This will be achieved by offering funding to enable the provision and uptake of customised training and learning interventions that are directly linked to people and business performance. Enhancing business and enterprise through the enterprise led approach to training means that members have more say in the training they require and this will involve networking with members so that they can have input to programme design, duration and certification; as well as location and dates of delivery to meet business needs.
The network is a wholly enterprise led national network for food and drink enterprises operating in Ireland, with a particular emphasis on supporting start-ups and micro business.
Taste 4 Success Skillnet is co-funded by Skillnet Ireland and network companies. Skillnet Ireland is funded from the National Training Fund and the European Union through the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science.
