Founded in 2017, TataPack is a private owned manufacturing supplier for sustainable cosmetic packaging. We started our business as a professional ODM supplier for beauty industry, covering catagories including Deodorant Stick Containers, Airless Bottles, Compact Boxes, Lipstick Tubes, Jars, Caps etc. During the use of this irriplaceable plastic, we realised the single-use of this material had been a big challenge for the global environmental protection. The stable chemical property of plastics making it barely impossible to degrade in few years, which has caused a great damage to the ecological environment. However, according to a study by Denkstatt (July 2011), if packaging plastic were to be replaced by other materials, greenhouse gas emissions would increase by a multiple of 2.7. The problem isn’t plastic, it’s what we do with it. We keep tight cooperation with the global leading plastic material suppliers, who had been certified by GRS(Global Recycling Standard) and EuCertPlast. And compostable and biodegradable material suppliers, who had been certified by FSC, CTP, WMU. We had already anticipated the trend developing eco-designed packaging and packaging with recycled plastic and biodegradable molded fibers. A great number of big players in Cosmetic Industry had disclosed their strategic plan to use either recycled or bio-sourced materials within the next few years.
