Tatapela is a new dessert production company ready to offer the market healthy and natural treats. We make fruit desserts that are small chewable bites made with fruit juice, nuts, and dried fruits. The desserts are 100% natural and have no added sugar. The fruit bites are derived from plant ingredients and are considered vegan-friendly. Some of the varieties are gluten-free as well.
Our production facility is located at 4570 N Bank Street in Kingman, Arizona. We decided to locate the production processes in Mohave Desert as the area’s hot dry climate enables natural drying for the desserts. This natural drying process allows for the fruit bites to be produced without the aid of special equipment and without the need for additives. Hence, desserts are made naturally without added processing. This allows us to produce them all year round due to the Mohave desert's climate. The manufacturing of the desserts is a 3 stage process. During each of these stages the product is naturally dried. Because of the natural drying, 20 days are needed to handcraft a single dessert. This makes our product even more unique.
