Tatra Rotalac were formed from the merger of Tatra Plastics and Rotalac Plastics. We are a leading supplier of high quality plastic extrusion and injection moulding parts and components with over 80 years experience in the plastics industry. Tatra Rotalac are an approved supplier to both BT and Network Rail plus other customer products that are supplied throughout the world in a wide variety of applications in every industry: from aerospace and medical to automotive and manufacturing. From a 40,000 sq ft head office and factory, containing 25 production lines handling a range of materials from the conventional PVC Rigid, PVC Flexible, PVC Co Ex, HDPE, LDPE, Polycarbonate, TPE, ABS and Polypropylene to the more exotic such as Lexan, PA12 Nylon or PETG. With a 24 hour operation and the ability to respond quickly to customer's needs offering a full service from advice on materials to tool design and production, through to extrusion or moulding, post-production finishing, packing and dispatch warehouse, means that Tatra Rotalac can cope with even the largest orders with ease. Tatra Rotalac also has a specialist division producing plastic, aluminium and steel tambour doors and roller shutters systems for the retail, office furniture and medical industries as well as domestic and commercial kitchens.
