We are equipped with our present Manufacturing facility 400 Ton plastics sheet per month. We at TAV polyplast, have a single policy which is of complete customer satisfaction and 100% quality assurance.To achieve the same we are using the latest, fully automatic computerized extrusion lines which involve absolutely no human interference as they are completely computerized. Because of this we are able to achieve consistant quality each time with each lot in respect of color matching or the thickness and strength. We at TAV are constantly innovating with new developments and new products and for the same we are having a fully equipped testing lab facility where we undertake extensive testing of all products that leave our factory ensuring 100% top class quality. Our color shades and textures are considered the best in the Indian market as we are working in line with top international industry standards like RAL A & Pantone.
