TAV Academy

TAV Academy, a subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding, was founded in 2006 to meet the training and development needs of the employees. TAV Academy offers in-class training programs to more than 10,000 participants via classroom, virtual and online training sessions. Becoming one of the pioneering corporate academies certified by the Ministry of National Education in 2014, TAV Academy was also listed amongst the accredited training institutions of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM) of Turkey and one of the global training centers of Airports Council International (ACI) since 2010. TAV Academy establishes collaborations with universities and other training academies. Also, having trainers who successfully completed the training programs of ICAO, TAV Academy meets most of the requirements by internal trainings with more than 80 in-house trainers and also supports the improvement of new talents by its mentorship program initiated for talent management.
