TAVAN Institute

The Noor Research and Educational Institute (TAVAN) came into existence in 1999, thanks to the collaborative efforts of university faculty members, scientific centers, and industry professionals within the private sector. It was officially registered in 2000, adopting the motto “TAVAN Institute, a reliable partner in research and development.” The institute was founded with the dual aim of acting as a bridge between academia and the industrial sector to enhance service quality, and of pinpointing the specific needs of the industry. From its inception, TAVAN has been deeply committed to educational, scientific, and consulting services, striving to make significant contributions across various fields to achieve this goal. By 2013, its dedication and innovative approach led to TAVAN being recognized as a knowledge-based enterprise in the health sector.
