Tanzania Women in Coffee Association(TAWOCA) Is an independent, legally organised, non profit entity with own national identity as well as global IWCA identity. Was registered 03/April/2013 and signed a LoU with the International Women Coffee Alliance . Leadership is by committee of 9 board members elected every 3 years at AGM. The association is chaired by the Chapter Chairperson who is supported by Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and the Treasurer,
The Association holds an annual General Meeting (AGMO every year, where progress, challenges and future activities are discussed and passed. Elections for leaders are open to all members and by secret ballot.
