What do you work with, Anna? Supporting people in their care for a thriving planet I work at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, and regenerative leadership to support individuals, teams, and organizations in shifting towards a more sustainable and life-affirming way of working and living. My approach is deeply rooted in listening, co-creation, and systemic change—helping people align their actions with the needs of both humanity and the planet. Why is this important? As coaches, facilitators, and entrepreneurial thought leaders, we hold a unique position to shape mindsets, build trust, and nurture the regenerative capacity within individuals and organizations. Now more than ever, we need leadership that includes the Earth as a stakeholder and fosters deep empathy, connection, and action towards planetary and social regeneration. Why care? Many of my clients experience climate grief, overwhelm, or frustration about the gap between the urgent environmental crises we face and the slow pace of systemic change. They are looking for ways to align their work, leadership, and decision-making with values of sustainability, justice, and regeneration—so they can be part of the solution and leave future generations with a thriving, resourceful world.
