Working with startup founders and new fund managers (industry experts setting up thier first fund and freshly ordained corporate venture folks alike). And occasionally tapped by corporate strategy and innovation teams to help solve fundamental growth problems via venture/innovation models. In every case the goals are the same - help the founder achieve global maxima, create outsized economics for all and constantly sharpen the axe.
