In order to achieve it, we work on four aspects of businesses: - Design | Installation | Commissionning | Qualification | Validation of production lines, its equipement and raw material in packaging - Process improvement, production performances & complex problem solving - Reliability Centered Maintenance and Operator Asset Care - Strategic planning and organizational charts History: I am a manager with 20 years experience, specialized in packaging business units (production, maintenance and quality) and large-scale projects within demanding and fast paced industries (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and automotive). I am recognized to meet performance objectives and succeed the deployment of Operational Excellence initiatives by using my systemic vision, optimizing available resources and play a key role of influence at all levels of an organization. My uniqueness is found in being pragmatic, generator of innovative ideas and developing strategies to rapidly adapt processes and resolve issues adeptly while creating interdepartmental collaboration towards a common goal and World Class performance.
