We have developed a technology that allows end of life and scrap rubber to replace a large percentages of a virgin masterbatch of rubber. We have formulas for SBR, NR, EPDM, Nitrile and Butyl.
Our laboratory testing was completed by TARRC of the UK and we completed laboratory and well as field trials on our tire test. The test tires lasted longer, had lower rolling resistance, better traction and skid resistance. Tires were made and tested with 50% end of life rubber in the treads and performed as well as virgin tires of the same.
Our process will reduce carbon footprint and allow tire companies to reuse end of life products.
