Tcdc (the acronym stands for Transcontinental Cooperation and Development) is born as the synthesis and integration of professional backgrounds and experiences of the founding members, who are active in the domains of evaluation research, research management, and intercultural mediation in European CIS and Asian countries. Our professional efforts focus on many areas of expertise, related to issues of international research cooperation, urban and regional development, and intercultural dialogue.
