ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION INDUSTRY In this particular market TCE is globally active currently exporting to more than 65 countries. DIE MANUFACTURING For the manufacturing of dies (ie. aluminium extrusion dies) TCE is offering a wide range of cutting tools such as HSSE-Co and solid carbide cutters, tapered cutters, roughing end mills. The majority of all dies are machined from a high alloy tool steel like W.Nr. 1.2343 or 1.2344, H13 or similar steel. All cutters are designed (material, cutting geometry and coating) for machining these steels and therefore render optimized results. DIE CORRECTION Carbide rotary burrs, special measuring equipment, tool maker square edges, diamond files, graphite spray, grinding and polishing tools etc., just a small part of the extensive program TCE is offering and supplying from stock for the correction of aluminium extrusion dies. GENERAL METAL CUTTING Needless to say that many tools also run very well in other applications/materials. In a slightly more regional environment, TCE is supplying cutting tools and many other types of tools and tooling for mainly milling and turning applications.
