We're TCHC Opportunities for All, a not for profit community interest company committed to help communities grow. We assist the unemployed and most disadvantaged groups to move closer or into employment, helping people make their lives better. We believe that each and every individual should have the opportunity to gain employment and live a rewarding and fulfilling life. To make this happen we provide advice, mentoring, cognitive behaviour therapy, tailored personal development activities and training that builds the skills and confidence of our clients. We are committed to promote social inclusion, equal opportunities and combat poverty on a local level and across borders. As we are a Community Interest Company/Not for Profit Organisation our funding is generated through various Government and charitable funding streams, which is all invested back into the communities we serve.
