TCI PARTNERS, LP (the “Fund”) is a Delaware limited partnership formed on September 9, 2019. The Fund’s primary goal is to deliver consistent performance within a strategic risk management framework and to seek to outperform selected benchmarks in any market environment. The Fund will attempt to generate absolute returns of at least 10% per quarter by trading agricultural products such as rice, sugar and soybean as well as providing the transport, storage, packaging and delivering of such products to buyers in the international market. The investment strategy of the Investment Manager is to identify consumer and supplier markets for a particular agricultural product, analyzing the best offers and conditions and follow closely the entire trade process until the placement of the shipment is delivered at the location designated by the customer. By collaborating with local traders who are dedicated to specific markets, the Investment Manager has built strong direct relationships with refineries, growers and exporters in the Brazil, Thailand, and India, and with importers in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
