TCP specializes in the investment, acquisition, and value enhancement of underutilized real estate. TCP has involvement in 73 projects totaling over 6.3 million square feet costing $275 million in the aggregate to date. TCP prides itself on identifying and realizing opportunities for the transformation of real estate to create value and positively impact people’s live. TCP’s current focus is on retail projects located in the Southwest United States. Our projects have generated substantial returns to our individual investors since 1991.
