The Collaboration Room (TCR) is a community for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax professionals to learn and grow through mentoring and coaching. We will help you start, grow, and improve your firm, in a collaborative setting!
Founders, Rebecca Driscoll, CPA and Mike Sylvester, CPA bring very different skills and perspectives to TCR and both have a passion for helping other professionals! Initially, all of our Coaches will be people who are running firms.
This community is not for vendors trying to sell a product.
The initial topics that we’ll dive into together were chosen using the input of over 300 people who expressed interest in the community. The topics will change over time based on input from members. In the beginning the major topics will be marketing, scaling, niching, processes & policies, workflow, pricing, software, automation and AI, onboarding, staffing, offshoring, tax, bookkeeping, and work-life balance.
We are stronger together and we wish that there was a community like this we could have joined at the beginning of our careers.
