Our agency has a long-standing tradition of serving the Public Sector, originally founded in 1945 as T. Charles Wilson Insurance Services, which was eventually renamed as TCW Risk Management. In 2023, we merged with Rocky Mountain Insurance Consultants as Highstreet TCW Risk Management to offer our Public Sector clients a full-service insurance brokerage by providing Employee Benefits, Property & Liability, and Workers' Compensation programs. As of 2025, we’ve adopted our new name: Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services, a reflection of our continued growth while maintaining the same dedicated local team our clients know and trust.
Our local team partners with you to design insurance strategies tailored to your organization. Mark Carlson and his team specialize in Property & Casualty and Workers’ Compensation, offering proactive support through our exclusive Risk Concierge and ModPro programs.
On the Employee Benefits side, Cindy Myers and her team bring decades of expertise, including the development of the Public Sector Health Care Group program—designed specifically for public entities and offering benefits such as early retiree health care.
