We specialize in inserts for precision tools. Our expertise is the production of tools inserts for connectors, I.C molds and stamping inserts. Over the years we have steadily grown from a manufacturing space of 1,200m² when we first started to the current 10,000m² facility.
We have also evolved into a well equipped precision engineering company that uses some of the latest technology to manufacture and supply quality tooling parts to our clients. TD&M Precision Tools expertise is in a variety of high-speed press tools, a complete sets of mold cavity inserts and I.C. mold inserts.
We are able to manufacture precision gauges, Jigs & Fixtures and instruments for medical products.
To better serve our clients, we have utilized software tools such as AutoCAD and Unigraphics 3-D modeling. Our software engineers are highly skilled and knowledgeable in using CAD/CAM function to produce finished parts. They are also able to construct 3-D models and 2-D views to solve drawing problems. Eg: missing dimensions or to determine profiles in a query.
