The TDC Managed Services Program The TDC Managed Services Program is TDC Inc.’s premier managed service offering. This offering moves beyond the typical service provider paradigm to a business technology partnership. With this program, TDC makes a commitment to ensure that your critical business systems will be available when you need them. Services Included in the TDC Program _Remote monitoring and management by the Primewatch and Primeguard Network Operations Centers _Remote and onsite support of all users during business hours _Scheduled after-hours support (on and offsite) _Emergency Support Pricing The cost of the TDC program is based on the number of devices and users that are being supported, as well as the guaranteed service level included. TDC is a “pay one price” per month program, based on a minimum 12-month commitment. Guaranteed Availability The availability guarantee will be defined and included in Appendix A at the time the contract is signed. Reporting generated by the Primewatch and Primeguard management systems will be used to measure the actual availability. Should a device not meet the guaranteed availability level over the course of one month, TDC will compensate you 25% of the monthly contract fee per device up to the value of the monthly contract.
