TDSO Practice School

TDSO Practice School, located on the main campus of the Teacher Development Support Organisation (TDSO) in Siem Reap, is a key component of our mission to improve the quality of teaching in Cambodia. It is not only a school for children but also a living laboratory for educational innovation and excellence in teacher development. The school provides free, high-quality education to children from the local community, with a strong focus on English language, digital literacy, and learner-centred teaching. Our classrooms serve as a model environment where the latest educational theories, strategies, and frameworks are tested, refined, and validated before being integrated into our national teacher training programmes. TDSO Practice School plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between educational theory and classroom reality. It allows trainee teachers and in-service professionals to observe how learner-centred and inclusive methodologies function in practice, led by experienced educators trained in our approach.
