TDVC Pty Ltd is the Manager for the TDVC Gold Fund, an Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership (ESVCLP) registered in 2018 with Innovation and Science Australia. TDVC is Significant Investor VISA (SIV) compliant, and has been approved to seek up to $200 million in funds under management. The Fund Managers have an extensive history in founding start-ups with over 20 companies founded between them. This includes taking a company from foundation to a company valuation of $800 million at exit. The Fund Managers have backgrounds in the accounting, legal, economics and medical fields: holding expertise in health care, bio-tech, mining, software and construction.
