TradeDog Venture Capital is launching a $100MM venture and special situations fund founded by technology entrepreneurs, engineers, and successful investors. The fund is well supported by the TradeDog ecosystem of companies and backed by a strong track record of building and growing early-stage Web3 companies. The TradeDog team has dedicated their efforts to this industry since 2015 investing in blockchain companies such as Chingari, Biconomy, and Vulcan Forged which reached unicorn status. We truly believe in the vast potential of blockchain technologies to drive meaningful progress. TDVC (previously known as O1ex) has been investing in projects since inception with private capital. Due to overwhelming external interest, we are now launching a new fund focused on opportunities that fall under two categories: (1) Early Stage Web3 Venture opportunities where we will selectively choose the most promising blockchain projects, and (2) Special Situations where the fund will provide relief, support system, and restructuring options for undervalued Web3 projects which have strong products or businesses but struggling token economies.
