Tea & Policy is a leadership development group for women. Once a month, we meet for a virtual discussion about trending policy matters. Together, we discuss the broader implications of a given issue, conduct relevant research, brainstorm solutions, and identify ways to get involved. We seek to empower one another, elevating individual voices, connecting over both our shared and juxtaposing perspectives, and amplifying our resolve as a collective. Though we predominantly work to engage women, we welcome all underrepresented genders, and actively foster an inclusive and safe space to connect, educate, and inspire.
