Teach First Indonesia

Teach First Indonesia is an innovative and ambitious non-profit organization that aims to address educational inequalities in Indonesia and create a society where all Indonesian children can fulfill their potential. We recruit top graduates and young professionals in Indonesia, engage them in teaching in high-need areas for a two-year period; and develop them into change leaders within the broader education ecosystem of Indonesia in the long run. As change leaders, they will play a crucial role in shaping the educational trajectories of underprivileged Indonesian students and driving systemic changes in our country's education system. Teach First Indonesia is also working towards establishing a partnership with Teach For All, a global education network with partners in over 61 countries.
