We still specialise in lending to teachers, but we’ve now widened our mortgage service to those working across a variety of professions. Just as we did in the 60s, we take an individual view of borrowers, with experienced underwriters reviewing each application on a case by basis. Our complex lending solutions and bespoke approach mean we can overcome obstacles that can make getting a mortgage difficult, including age, unusual income sources and atypical properties.
