TEACH How to Fish® is a systemic impact model focused on the Person and focused on the social dimension of sustainability. With an innovative and disruptive approach based on a renewed economy of cooperation and abundance, we aim to achieve systemic transformations, through the training of people who find themselves in situations of vulnerability and social exclusion, so that they can live a dignified life in autonomy. By THF is a social enterprise, the first in Portugal, and was designed and developed to mobilize people in all sectors, uniting everyone in a common vision of social innovation. It is through the company that we guarantee the operational sustainability of TEACH How to Fish. Vision: Each person, children and adults, in self-confidence has developed talents and strengths, recognizing in themselves all the enormous potential necessary to live a dignified life free from poverty in total autonomy, without the need for the presence of external people or entities in the management of their life. This process is new and we know that it is very ambitious, as it includes access to basic needs linked to welfare (food, housing, drinking water, health), but working and guaranteeing in parallel access to quality education (in the case of children), as well as personal development and the generation of decent jobs. All work is based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
