TeachSub Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd is a registered company, established to provide Quality Teachers to the schools even for day as a substitute teacher. TeachSub offers two variants to schools, namely Permanent Staffing & Temporary Staffing. Permanent Staffing operates to source teachers for school as a consultancy service. Temporary Staffing (Substitute Teaching) is operated on a contract basis ( short time like for a day / week / a month or more). The substitute teachers (who work on contract basis) are also professionally trained experts who can deliver the curriculum at par with the regular teachers. We don’t provide a substitute to mind the class but our substitute teachers deliver the work as per the lesson plan provided to them. We derive our strength from our advisory board members, who have been in the teaching field for more than two decades. Substitute Teaching is a concept well conceived and practiced in various countries.This acts as a pathway for choosing teaching as your career. Any material of TeachSub that our substitute teachers uses is prepared by the members of the team of TeachSub and shall remain as a property of the company. It is expected from the schools not to invite our substitute teachers to join them as regular teachers without the written consent from TeachSub. TeachSub also provides you an opportunity to train teachers by our well qualified and experienced faculty in Teaching Methods and Educational Pedagogy for a reasonable cost. Our training will help your teachers to acquire necessary skills to progress in the Teaching Career, and eventually meet the school objective.
