Why do we do, what we do? As the image at the top of this page illustrates, Love what you do! Some may say this is a cliché, however at Teal3 this is a value and a belief. We genuinely have a passion for working with People and the Property & Construction industry. We have married the two together to develop a consultancy dedicated to servicing the property and construction industry. How, do we do what we do? Our formula is quite simple, firstly our aim is to break away from the traditional connotations of Human Resources being an unwanted necessity that hinders an organisation through red tape. We challenge the status quo, we think differently. Secondly we work with organisations to establish Human Resources as a commodity and an integral part of the employee lifecycle. Lastly we illustrate that organisational success and the employee lifecycle are inherently linked When there is a clear focus on people, employees feel motivated, empowered and valued. Organisational success then becomes a bi-product of the output of employees. What do we do?
