This comprehensive database is collated from over 900+ government sources and translated into English from their respective local languages. As a result, the information is easily searchable with just an address, without the need to request for customer documents upfront. With our independent digital database and address search functionality, we can turn around a Teal Digital Property Search Report (DPSR) in as little as 15 minutes. The independence of our search from reliance on documents submitted by customers ensures that no transaction is missed out, whether it's mentioned in the narration of the deeds submitted by customers or not. In addition to our flagship product, the DPSR, we offer a range of services that include legal opinions from lawyers, physical vetting of original documents submitted by customers to the bank, extraction of certified copies from sub-registrars' offices, document pick-up and delivery, and lien marking. All of these services can be connected via APIs to your Loan Origination System (LOS) or availed by a frontend provided by us, providing you with full flexibility in choosing your use case and at what point in the customer journey you would like to implement our solution, partially or in full.
