Holistic Beings Academy

We are a new platform by the name of Holistic Beings Academy, we're building a team of psychologists to provide therapy and counseling support to anyone who is experiencing stress, anxiety or going through depression. Along with this we also organise meet ups, focus group discussions and workshops where we encourage people to talk about their mental health through the sharing of stories about their mental wellness journey! We also have a community which is basically like a safe space for anyone who needs it, so that people can share their progress as well easily reach out and ask for help if they're going through a difficult time!🕯️
