TEAM SANYA is the Chinese entry in the 2011-12 Volvo Ocean Race. Skippered by two times race winner, Mike Sanderson, the team represents the amazing holiday destination of Sanya, China's southern-most city on the Island of Hainan in China. The Volvo Ocean Race starts in October 2011 from Alicante in Spain and takes 9 months to cover 37,000 miles across 10 stop-over ports.
